Travel Memories : HongKong and Guangzhou China

Went to Hongkong twice last February. The first trip was with my husband's family side and the second trip was with my sister and her husband,but we headed also to Guangzhou China to buy some materials that my sister uses for her clothing business.
 The weather in HongKong(february) was winter and gave me a chance to experience that kind of weather since here in the Philippines we only have summer and rainy season, so i got to experience winter, maybe not that cold compare with countries like Europe, U.S.A that is really cold, in Guangzhou, China it was so freaking cold during our visit, and still i really enjoyed the weather.

I didnt take so much picture when we were in China.

Travelling is very tiring but i really enjoy it. Would love to travel soon. Im thinking of going to Singapore and  Korea. maybe i should go first to Korea as my cousin,who lives there would love me to visit her.

Yet another haul !

YES, went shopping again. The rain (here in the Philippines) didnt stop for 2 days, today, still gloomy outside but i got a chance to go to Shangri la mall. Thanks to my husband.

Here are the things that i bought.

1. Mango white tee - Mango is still on sale, could'nt resist not to buy. Love the fabric of this one, very soft and comfy, and it's - white.

2. JUST G striped tee - JUST G is a local brand of clothing for boys and girls, ladies and maternity clothes. I usually shop there because i just love how well made their clothes are, even the fabrics. Love the design of this shirt. Thumbs up.

3. ESPRIT - I used to shop at Esprit when i was in high school. Esprit is a bit pricey, but  the quality of their clothes is very good,so you can get the value of your money.

 The fabric of these two shirts is so soft. i can roll the sleeves up and pair it with a skinny jeans or  denim shorts.

Most shops are having a Sale, im just not sure until when.I didnt shop for like 3 months and they are on sale, so i must shop now.  ? !? HA HA

I think it is going to rain again. Love to stay at home with my family. Enjoy a non stop chat with my kids, and have a nice cup of warm coffee with my husband.  Be safe everyone.

Im going BACK TO MAC

Im thinking of going back to MAC. Not to buy anything but would return 6 empty packaging, and would get to pick a new lipstick in return. 

honestly, i just have finished 2, the studio fix powder and a plushlash mascara which im going to repurchase when i run out, they are in my must have list. 

 I just melted 4 lipsticks which i hardly use- never used. These 4 are actually whats in my regret buying list.

 

after melting.... look  how pretty the colors are, but when i put this on my lips, they are not that flattering on me, maybe for some girls.envy them, coz i just love the shades.

here are the six mac packaging i'll be returning...

i still dont know what shade of lipstick im going to pick. any suggestion?

Project Pan : The Realization

Tell me. how much makeup a girl should have in her makeup stash?

I studied my makeup stash last night, and realized that i have so much. i also realized that i have my most favorite items which i use most of the time, but sadly, there are also some that i rarely touch, and never been touched. , i thought that this is a good idea, why not make a list of the items i mostly use,and  -- it only mean one thing, those are just  what i need.

            THE LIST                                                        

1. Foundation - i have like 7 liquid foundations and 3 powder foundations but this two are my most used.

2. Eyeshadow base - a dual purpose, an eyeshadow or a base. if im in a hurry, i just usually put this all over my lids. I really like the paintpots from MAC, you can wear them on alone, or as a base. I also have painterly, rubenesque,indianwood,constructivist and fresco rose. This particular one is Bare Study, which i constantly use.

3. Bronzer - i can go out even without this, but i prefer to have on.

4. Eyeshadow - this palette is a practical choice, it has a neutral shades  for daytime, and dark shade for a night look. this one is awesome.

5. Eyeliners - i do have like 10 pencils and 4 liquids, but these are what i mostly reached for.

6. Mascara - a must have for me, since i am not blessed to have a long and thick lashes, i rely on mascaras. on hand i have 10, 4 unopened and the rest i also use sometimes, but this 1 is my mostly reached for mascara, mgive me that look that im wearing fake lashes.

7. Lipsticks - i chose 4 shades. yes, just 4 shades! in reality, i only need a nude, pink, red and some bronzy shade for summer, and ow i forgot to include my corally shade like my Mac Jazzed, Dressmaker Dressmaker

8. Lipglosses - i usually skip this one, but i think i should imclude this. picked this colors to match my lipsticks.

9. Blushers - i also picked up 4 shades, to match my lipsticks.

As you can see, this might seem too many, but i realized that what i really need is something i can use for just basic looks,like for daytime and nightime, for simple occasions or to formal events- these stuffs is just enough for me.

I still  love my collection, but for now, i should use and enjoy them first before adding up.

June 19,2011 Haul

Hi everyone. Yeah, i know its been  forever since my last post, but now im beginning to do post and read blogs again.

This is another haul post, but - definitely no new makeup. No makeup? Yes, not until i finished
these all up!

whoaaa!!! wonder when? been trying to be a good girl so NO MAKEUP -  for now.

so onto my haul. i got a text message from Mango, informing me that they are having a sale. got so excited,  went to Shangri la Mall and see what's waiting for me.

1. Mango wedge shoes - i've been looking for a wedge shoes similar to what Kate Middleton is wearing which i saw in some of her pictures, i heard they are from LANVIN, but i cant buy those, so this is the closest   i got. They are comfy shoes in my opinion, this is a 2nd pair i got from MANGO, so far i love their shoes. orig Php3,750, sale price Php 1,990, about $48.

2. Mango tees -  these tees are so comfy.

THEN went to Rustans Dept Store, i did went to NARS counter and said hi to Lara( nars mua), She showed me whats new, but im happy that i was not tempted to buy any at all. BUT i did get something from the dept. store and other store.
